There&#8217;s a visual road map to &#8216;successful service design&#8217; and a useful resource library includes process templates and guidance covering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discovering customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Success measurement<\/li>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Objective prioritisation<\/li>\n<li>Risk Assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although informative, it&#8217;s a shame about the actual user experience. The ui design is practically non-existent and is unintuitive frankly. The site is unneccessarily built in flash and the content lacks good  standards of accessibility to both people and search engines.
