CK goes QR
New York is known for it’s huge, striking billboards. Calvin Klein are known for their provocative, raunchy adverts.

I rest my case. Calvin Klein has taken a trail blazing leap forward by creatively using a QR barcode as its core creative on a prime piece of advertising real estate on Houston St in New York.
The provocative message is simple “Get It Uncensored”. The QR code is the primary call to action, which, when scanned by a smart phone, takes the inquisitive visitor to a Calvin Klein web video with Facebook and Twitter integration.
Only problem is, after the sexy promise of something naughty, the video lacks climax and isn’t enough to even cause one to raise eyebrows, let alone raise anything else.
